Cookies

Effective Date: August 22, 2026

This Cookie Policy applies to the collection exchange websites operated by NODE HUB S.R.L. that display or link to it (together, the "Club Network" and individually a "Club Website"). It covers the Club Websites listed in the Terms and Conditions, including their official language subdomains.

This Policy should be read together with the Privacy Policy, which explains who operates the Club Network, the purposes and legal bases for processing personal data, recipients, retention and your rights.

1. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are

Cookies are small text files stored by a browser when a website is visited. They can contain an identifier, preference or other information that is returned to the website or service that set them. Session cookies normally expire when the browser session ends, while persistent cookies remain until their expiry date or deletion.

Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, scripts and identifiers that store or access information on a device or allow a service to recognize a browser or interaction.

A first-party cookie is set by the Club Website shown in the address bar. A third-party cookie or request is associated with another provider, such as an analytics, advertising, payment, font or social-media service.

2. Scope Across the Club Network

Each Club Website is a separate domain. A first-party cookie set by one domain is not normally available to another Club Website. Cookie choices may therefore need to be recorded separately on each domain or browser unless a lawful network-wide preference mechanism is introduced.

The technologies actually used may differ by Club Website and page. A service listed below is used only on pages where its code is enabled.

3. Strictly Necessary Technologies

Strictly necessary technologies support functions requested by the visitor and cannot be disabled through the Club Website without making those functions unavailable. They may be used for:

  • creating and maintaining a login session;
  • keeping an account authenticated while navigating between pages;
  • protecting forms and requests against security attacks, including CSRF;
  • remembering temporary information needed to complete an exchange or account action;
  • recording a cookie choice so the same question is not repeatedly displayed;
  • load balancing, fraud prevention and other essential security functions.

The main application session is normally a first-party session cookie. Its browser lifetime is generally limited to the session, although the corresponding server session may expire earlier or later according to security configuration. Signing out invalidates the authenticated session; closing a browser does not guarantee immediate deletion if the browser restores sessions.

Strictly necessary technologies are used on the basis that they are required to provide the service or function you request. They are not used for advertising personalization.

4. Preferences and Functionality

Optional preference technologies may remember language, interface or feature choices. If a preference is not essential to a feature you request, it will be treated as optional where applicable law requires consent.

Some preferences may be stored in the account database rather than on your device and are therefore explained in the Privacy Policy rather than treated as cookies.

5. Analytics

Some Club Websites use StatCounter to understand visits, page use, referring pages, browser and device characteristics and technical performance. When enabled, information sent to StatCounter may include date and time, IP address, browser, operating system, device type, screen size, referring information, page URL and page title.

According to StatCounter's published cookie information, its technologies may include:

  • is_unique – a third-party StatCounter cookie used to distinguish first-time and returning visits and estimate unique visits; StatCounter states a duration of up to 5 years;
  • sc_is_visitor_unique – a first-party visitor cookie used for similar visitor-counting purposes; StatCounter states a duration of up to 2 years.

Cookie names, purposes and durations may be changed by the provider. Current information is available at StatCounter's cookie page and StatCounter's legal and privacy page.

StatCounter analytics is non-essential. Where prior consent is required, its script and cookies must remain disabled until analytics consent is given.

6. Advertising

Some Club Websites may use Google AdSense to display advertising and help fund operation of the service. Google and its advertising partners may receive the page URL, IP address, browser and device information and may set or read cookies or similar identifiers for ad delivery, fraud prevention, frequency limiting, measurement and, only where permitted by your choice and applicable law, personalization.

Google states that advertising cookies may be set from domains including google.com, doubleclick.net, googlesyndication.com and googleadservices.com. Depending on configuration and user choices, examples may include IDE, id, NID, _gads or cookies beginning with _gcl_. Names and durations vary by purpose, region and provider configuration. Google's current explanation is available at Advertising – Privacy & Terms and How Google uses cookies.

Advertising technologies are non-essential. Where prior consent is required, advertising scripts, storage and personalized advertising must remain disabled until the relevant consent is given. Selecting non-personalized advertising does not by itself remove every cookie or device-access requirement.

7. External Fonts, Social Features and Embedded Content

Pages may request resources from Google Fonts or display links, sharing tools or embedded features provided by services such as Facebook. Loading a resource from a third party normally discloses technical information such as IP address, browser details, the requested resource and the referring page to that provider, even if no cookie is set.

A normal external link does not give the linked service information until you follow it, apart from any resource already embedded in the page. An embedded script, widget, button, image or frame may communicate with the provider as soon as it is loaded.

Non-essential social widgets and embedded content must be blocked until consent where applicable law requires it. A simple link may be used instead when embedding is not necessary.

8. Payments

When you choose a supporter payment, you may be directed to PayPal or another payment provider. The provider may use its own necessary, security, fraud-prevention, preference or other technologies under its policy. Technologies set on the provider's website are controlled by that provider.

A payment button, badge or image loaded from a payment provider can transmit basic technical request data before you leave the Club Website. Where such a resource is not necessary before you request payment, it should be loaded in a privacy-preserving manner or subject to the applicable consent rule.

9. Consent and Cookie Choices

Strictly necessary technologies do not require an optional consent choice because they are needed for the service or function you request. Analytics, advertising and other non-essential technologies are enabled only after consent where prior consent is required by applicable law.

When a cookie-choice control is provided, you can accept or reject non-essential categories separately and change or withdraw your choice as easily as you gave it. Rejecting optional technologies will not prevent access to basic account and exchange functions, although optional media, personalization or third-party features may be unavailable.

Consent applies prospectively. Withdrawing it stops future optional storage or access but does not automatically delete cookies already stored. You can delete existing cookies through your browser settings.

10. Browser and Provider Controls

Most browsers allow you to inspect, block and delete cookies, block third-party cookies or clear site data. Browser controls are useful in addition to the Club Website's cookie controls. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent login, forms, security checks and exchanges from working.

You may also use controls offered by third-party providers, including Google's advertising settings and StatCounter's published cookie options. Provider controls do not replace the Club Website's duty to obtain consent where required.

11. Cookie Inventory and Changes

The cookie and provider list must be reviewed when scripts, advertising, analytics, payment tools, embedded content or storage mechanisms are added, removed or reconfigured. Because third-party providers may change cookie names and durations, their linked current documentation also forms an important part of the detailed inventory.

If a Club Website introduces a new non-essential purpose, the relevant information and consent choice will be updated before that technology is enabled where required.

12. Contact

The Club Network is operated by NODE HUB S.R.L., with its registered office at 33 Nae Leonard Street, Apartment 2, Galați, Galați County, Romania, registered with the Romanian Trade Register under no. J2026038669006, tax identification number (CUI) 54895290.

Questions about cookies or withdrawal of a stored website choice may be submitted through the Contact page on the Club Website you are using. The Privacy Policy explains how to exercise data-protection rights concerning personal data generated through these technologies.

13. Change Log

August 2, 2026 – Cookie Policy prepared for Postelo.

August 22, 2026 – Replaced the club-specific policy with a general Club Network policy; identified NODE HUB S.R.L. as the Operator; distinguished essential and optional technologies, documented the services detected in the application, clarified domain-specific choices and strengthened consent and provider information.
